Lidera Consulting was founded in Bordeaux in 2014 by a former COO of a CAC Mid 60 industrial company and a former director of a Big Four advisory practice. They created Lidera because they observed a fundamental disconnect in the consulting industry: the people who sold engagements were senior partners, but the people who did the work were junior analysts. Clients paid premium prices for premium experience but received junior delivery.
Lidera operates differently. Every engagement is led and delivered by a senior partner with a minimum of eighteen years of operating or advisory experience. We do not have junior analysts. We do not have pyramid-staffing models. When you hire Lidera, the person in the pitch meeting is the person doing the work.
