Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance

By using lideraconsulting.com or purchasing services you agree to these Terms between you ("Client") and Lidera Consulting ("Provider").

2. Services

Lidera provides business consulting — performance improvement, risk & compliance, data-driven strategy, workforce transformation, innovation management, and stakeholder relations. All delivered digitally. No physical goods.

3. Engagement & Payment

Checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments via Stripe in EUR. Enterprise Legacy clients may arrange milestone billing.

4. Confidentiality

All client materials treated as strictly confidential under mutual NDA by default. Formal NDA on request.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Client owns engagement-specific deliverables. Lidera retains proprietary frameworks and methodologies.

6. Client Obligations

Client provides requested data, stakeholder access, and timely feedback. Client delays extend timelines proportionally.

7. Liability

Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. No guarantee of specific commercial outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party: 30 days written notice. Completed milestones non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

French law. Bordeaux courts. Last updated: March 2026.
